We collect your contact information in order to provide products or services, or if you have any customer service - operations inquiry. Here some examples of the personal information we collect:

  • Transactional information: payment card information, products and services you are buying with us. 

  • Navigation information: Online history, search history to improve your experience

PICK UP POLICY

You can pick up the products from our main partner's locations or from our store if it is available at the time you product is available.

​

The person picking up the order must be 16 years old or older. And must provide a confirmation email with the purchase or invoice. 

 

On the picking up day, you need to arrive at the address provided in your confirmation email. Drive into the warehouse or gates, the company or our partner will give you the product or load your vehicle with your order

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your products or they are damaged, follow these instructions:


Products picked up from Magnus Construction Services warehouse: return them in the 5 days following your purchase. Please bring your product in its original condition, it must be packaged. Bring your receipt for a refund, exchange or credit for one of our services.
